PLEASE NOTE: ITS MAKER ACADEMY courses are currently taught in Italian. A minimum B2 level of Italian is required.
The entrance test will be held in person at the venue of the first chosen course.
Prospective international participants in ITS MAKER Academy courses must meet the following requirements:

An educational qualification that is officially equivalent to an upper secondary school leaving certificate in Italy (a total of 12 years of schooling).

If the qualification was issued in BELGIUM, FRANCE, IRELAND, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, no translations or declarations of value are required.
If issued in SPAIN: a declaration of value is required.
If issued in DENMARK, LATVIA, ESTONIA: a translation and a declaration of value are required.
If issued in GREAT BRITAIN and SAN MARINO: an authenticity verification is required.
If issued in NORWAY and ICELAND: a translation and an authenticity verification are required.

If the qualification was issued by a non-EU country, a declaration of value issued by the Italian consulate abroad is required, accompanied by a copy of the original qualification (or a certified copy) and by a sworn translation of the diploma bearing a stamp certifying conformity with the original.
IF ALREADY IN ITALY: Declaration of value and sworn translation (or court-certified translation) are required in any case.
CIMEA attestations are accepted (accompanied by the original qualification or a certified copy), provided both of the following certifications are included:
- Certificate of Comparability: indicates the level within the Italian system to which the foreign qualification is comparable.
- Certificate of Verification: certifies the authenticity of the document and of the institution that issued it.
Checks will be carried out directly with the issuing body regarding the authenticity of the documentation submitted.

The residence permit must be valid at the time the enrollment application is submitted.
For candidates from non-EU countries who travel to Italy to take the admission tests and do not have a residence permit, it is necessary to present the visa for study purposes.
If the candidate passes the tests and is admitted to the course, the student may proceed with enrollment and submit the application for a residence permit for study purposes, in accordance with current regulations. The student must also provide proof that the application has been submitted and, as soon as it becomes available, document the actual issuance of the residence permit.
