The Advanced Technician for Digital Automation course trains you to design and manage advanced production systems. You will learn how to program PLCs, configure software and integrate automated plants, working alongside the mechatronics companies of Reggio Emilia.

Professional profile
The Advanced Technician for Digital Automation works on the digital management of automated industrial systems, focusing on the installation and testing of advanced automation plants. They develop the integration between production systems and end-of-line systems through applications and digital tools for data acquisition, control and supervision of production flows.
They combine automation, PLC programming and IT skills to work on individual systems and to integrate automated lines within flexible, reconfigurable logistics and production chains, with a strong focus on customer customization.
