The Advanced Technician for the International Technical and Commercial Management of Products and Services brings together two specialized areas of expertise: technical product knowledge and commercial and customer management skills.
This dual competency allows the graduate to work in the sales departments of industrial companies, handling client requests from a technical perspective: prepares technical-commercial offers to support order acquisition, develops customized quotations, provides technical consulting on product features and related services and manages the technical administration of sales and the post-sales phase (customer care).
